Hannah Casinari ~ The Invisible Children
I am incredibly excited to inform you that I will be I will have to take a break from school to an take an internship position with Invisible Children during the 2012 fall semester!
During my time with Invisible Children I will be traveling to schools, colleges, and places of worship across the United States. I will be raising support for their programs, as well as educating students and individuals of all ages to the same reality that injustice is a reality, but we have the power to make a difference by joining together. As I seek to become a teacher, this is exactly what I desire to do with my life – invest in students, open their eyes to the world, and help them realize that they have the ability to make a difference.
In order to pursue this volunteer internship, I must raise $1,500.00 to support myself while I am on the road for the next five months. Any support no matter how big or small will make an impact and bring me closer to being fully funded for this next season.
How to do this: Invisible Children is a certified 501(C)(3) organization so any support given is tax-deductible. All proceeds donated will still go directly toward supporting me as the recipient. You can make donations in the form of a check payable to Invisible Children, Inc. but you must specify “Hannah Cassinari Direct Support” on the memo line.
